IncludeAbility - Equality at work
Creating meaningful employment opportunities for Australians with disability
The Australian Human Rights Commission created IncludeAbility to increase meaningful employment opportunities for people with disability, and to close the gap between people in the workforce with and without disability.
IncludeAbility sees a meaningful employment opportunity as:
- a source of financial independence (including fair, award wages and conditions)
- permanent, or with a good chance of becoming permanent
- providing fulfilling and satisfying work
- taking place in a welcoming and inclusive work environment.
