Accessible procurement and promotion of equality in employment (2011)
The Australian Human Rights Commission Act tells us that the Commission's functions should be performed "efficiently and with the greatest possible benefit to the people of Australia". That is also a good summary of the goals of the Department of Finance, in public expenditure, public administration and policy and regulation. -

Leading and influencing advocacy on human rights - Annual Report 2011-2012: Australian Human Rights Commission
The Commission has been working closely with the Attorney-General’s Department on all aspects of the Framework. There have been two cycles completed since its implementation on 1 July 1999. The scheme provides regular and formal assessment of an employee’s work performance and allows for access to training and skill development. -
