That section 25.2 of the Disability Discrimination Standards for Accessible Public Transport 2002, made under subsection 31(1) of the Disability Discrimination Act 1992, be amended as follows:

At the end of section 25.2, add:

(3)A person accompanying and/or assisting a person with a disability, who is required by reason of the person's disability to provide assistance, should not be required to pay a fare.
