National Human Rights Consultations Public Hearings (1-3 July 2009)
As part of the National Human Rights Consultation, the Committee held three days of Public Hearings from 1-3 July, 2009, at Parliament House, Canberra.
The hearings were an opportunity for Committee members and the public to access more detailed information from human rights experts and to hear from some of those in the community who lodged submissions.
