Please note we only collected individual submissions from individuals aged 18 years old or over.
All sectors of the community were welcome to contribute, however, submission and survey contributions are now closed.
To complete a submission, participants completed one of the following options:
Option 1: Informing the Agenda Microsoft Form
You could have made your submission through Microsoft Forms by following the steps below:

Read the About the Project (Participant Information Sheet) and Privacy Collection Notice

Complete the 'Your Details' section.

Read and respond to the submission guide and questions. Progress does not save. You do not need to answer all questions. Answer as many questions as you would like.

When you are finished press submit. You can view your responses after you press submit on the Microsoft Form.
Option 2: Informing the Agenda Downloadable PDF or Word document
You could have made your submission through email by following the steps below:

Read the About the Project (Participant Information Sheet) and Privacy Collection Notice

Download the interactive document:

Complete the ‘Your Details’ section. If you are an individual completing this submission, complete the individual section and if you are an organisation or group completing this submission, complete the organisation/group section.

Read and respond to submission guide and questions. You do not have to respond to all questions. You can save the document on your device and come back to edit it at a later time.

When you are finished, save a copy of your submission to your own device and email your submission to: informingtheagenda@humanrights.gov.au

You will receive an email confirming your submission has been received once sent.
