    This session is run online over two half days: Wednesday 13th November 9.30am – 1.00pm AEDT and Thursday 14th November 9.30am – 1.00pm AEDT.

    • Cost: $400 (+GST) per person (covers 2x half days)
    • Delivery mode: Microsoft Teams   
    • Participant numbers: Min. 8 | Max. 20 
    • Facilitated by two of our expert trainers

    Please note: Attendance at both sessions is required. We accept a maximum of 5 participants from any one agency. We require a minimum of 8 participants total to run this session.
