I personally have not had a bad experience with disabled taxis but know of 
friends who have.  Because of their experiences I hesitate to use them.  I 
have an electric scotter so am only able to use the "Maxi Taxis" which 
limits availability in my case.  Thus I'm always fearful of being 
"forgotten" or "waiting alone in a deserted spot".
There is a desperate need for the disabled taxi industry to be investigated 
& the many problems addressed.
