Dear madam/Sir, 

The decision to allow certain cinemas organizations  to abnegate their responsibilities to the 
people who access the cinemas is completely wrong and to be honest, quite disturbing that it is 
an option…… for all the people I know both personally and professionally, Please do not allow 
this decision!

How can we allow then top be exempt?...... what year is this??..... last time I looked it was 
2009…not, 1929!
