To whom it may concern,

It may be too late for me to add my thoughts on the issue of reducing the number of cinemas 
that offer captioning… however I just wanted to say that I can hear but have many friends that 
are deaf. I often go to the movies with them. without captioning many of my friends will be at a 
disadvantage and will not be able to come! They will be so disappointed in missing out on the 
fun! 

I really urge you to help stop the possible changes to the Disability Discrimination Act. The 
proposed changes will really effect the social opportunities of deaf people.
