Subject:	Cinemas to provide access for deaf people

I write to ask that cinemas be required to provide access for Deaf  
people to latest release movies.  I would love to see movies when  
they come out rather than having to wait for DVD (and then cross my  
fingers because often it doesn't have subtitles then and I'll NEVER  
be able to see it..)... I can't go out with my partner to see movies  
- my partner has to take someone else.  This doesn't happen in other  
countries such as the UK or USA.
