Subject: Exemption

I don't believe any Government has the right to be exempted from legislation it instigated for the protection of its citizens. Why Government monopolies feel obliged to not comply with the Laws all others must comply with are beyond me. We are victimised already by all levels of Government, and it appears that the noose is tightening. I totally reject the reasons for this exemption.
